How can I place an order?

All orders can be placed via our website. Quotes can be requested in writing via email at catering@colliers.net.au or through the contact us page on our website.

Our friendly customer service team is also more than happy to discuss your catering requirements on 0488 898 669.

When is the cut off time?

Please place your order 24 hours in advance with a cut off time at 2pm each business day for following day orders.

Give us a call on 0488 898 669 should you have any last minute orders and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

Late orders may incur a surcharge of 10%

What are the delivery times?

Monday to Friday: 7am to 6pm

All deliveries will have a 1 hour window

What is the minimum spend?

Monday to Friday: $100. 

Please contact us should you have any orders below the minimum spend and order may be accepted.

Do you allow pick-ups?

Yes, pick up is available at our cafe in Woolloomooloo

Do you cater to all dietary requirements?

We can cater for most dietary requirements. Please note any dietary needs when placing your order or give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Keep in mind that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as eggs, dairy, soybeans, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, wheat or shellfish.

How do I make amendments to my order?

For any order amendments, please send your changes in writing to catering@colliers.net.au quoting the order number. One of our catering coordinators will facilitate these changes and will provide confirmation once your order has been successfully modified to your needs. Please ensure all amendment enquiries are made prior to the order cut off time.
