Colliers Sandwich Company was established in 2004 and has earned a reputation for being The Sandwich Experts, serving quality, locally sourced ingredients, in a classic style.

The café, situated on the beautiful low-rise end of Cathedral Street, Wolloomooloo, with views of Sydney’s Domain and St Mary’s Cathedral, offers its regulars and casual visitors a range of fresh house-made food that showcases the deliciousness of classic food made in a classic style.

We are proud to make much of our food in-house, including the bread crumbs that cover our popular chicken schnitzel, the stock that is the wholesome basis of our house-made soups and the dressing that makes our fresh salads zesty. Our food is known for its consistency, and making the food from market to table ensures consistency and quality.

We are proud to use ingredients that everyone has heard of, served with no fanfare other than what should be celebrated when eating good quality food. The only dressing up the food we serve gets is in the most classic and traditional way of serving it. It is food you can trust, and that you will remember!

As well as fresh and toasted variety breads, salads, sweet and savoury snacks, we serve a smooth and intense artisan coffee that is directly sourced from a local roaster, premium loose leaf tea, and various other house-made and bottled cold and hot drinks. Our Saturday menu includes a hot cooked breakfast that includes continental delights like chorizo or sujuk, pending availability.

We pride ourselves in making Corporate Catering an artform with a variety of breads, an array of salads and platter options that will not only provide customers with a culinary experience, but will invigorate lunch, morning tea, afternoon tea, and afternoon drinks. We value our customers and offer a wide variety that suits all dietary needs, and we deliver across Sydney and Sydney CBD, as well as surrounding suburbs.
