How can I place an order? All orders can be placed via our website. Quotes can be requested in writing via email at [email protected] or through the contact us page on our website. Our friendly customer service team is happy to discuss your catering requirements on 0424 859 787.

When is the cut-off time? Order by 2pm today, delivered fresh tomorrow. For larger orders or events, 48 hours notice is recommended. Give us a call on 0424 859 787 should you have any last-minute orders, and we’ll do our best to fit you in. 

What are the delivery times? Monday to Friday: 7am to 5pm. All deliveries will have a 1-hour window.

What is the minimum spend? Monday to Friday: $100. Please contact us should you have any orders below the minimum spend, and the order may be accepted. Minimum orders for Saturday and Sunday is $350.

Do you allow pick-ups? Yes, pick-up is available from our catering kitchen.

Do you cater to all dietary requirements? We cater to a wide range of dietary requirements. Please note any dietary needs when placing your order or give us a call to discuss your requirements. Keep in mind that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as eggs, dairy, soybeans, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, or shellfish.

How do I make amendments to my order? For any order amendments, please send your changes in writing to [email protected] quoting the order number. One of our catering coordinators will facilitate these changes and will provide confirmation once your order has been successfully modified to your needs. Please ensure all amendment enquiries are made prior to the order cut-off time.

What menu options do you offer? We provide a complete range of catering services including:

Do you offer corporate accounts? Yes, we welcome corporate accounts for regular clients. Please contact our team at [email protected] to discuss setting up an account.

Are there any additional charges for delivery? We offer free delivery for Sydney CBD and within a 5km radius. Delivery charges may apply for areas outside this range based on location and order size. Please contact us for specific pricing for your area.

What happens if my delivery is running late? We know Sydney traffic, drivers and loading zones. If we're ever running more than 15 minutes behind schedule we'll call you before you're wondering where we are. We'd rather give you a heads up than an apology after. 

How far in advance should I place my order? While we accept next-day orders placed before 2pm, we recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for larger orders. We do understand last-minute requirements and will always try our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Do you offer bespoke catering services? We accommodate bespoke catering jobs on a case-by-case basis. The best option is to email us at [email protected] or send an enquiry form to see if we can handle your request. Get in touch and we'll do our best to make it work.
